Shipping and Delivery
All orders are sent by standard delivery at a flat rate of £4.50 to Mainland UK & £6.95 to Northern Ireland, unless otherwise stated. Delivery is free on orders over £75.
Unfortunately we only deliver to Mainland UK & Northern Ireland at present.
We aim to dispatch your order within 3 business days but it could take up to 10 business days to arrive. All orders are sent using either Hermes or Royal Mail second class delivery. If for any reason we are unable to meet this timeframe we will notify you as soon as possible.
We reserve the right to refuse to deliver any order at any time.
We always check each item before it is sent out but should your item arrive damaged please contact us within 24 hours of delivery including photographs of the damage, to request a refund. We are unable to make a claim from the delivery company without photographic evidence, so unfortunately refunds cannot be authorised without images.
Returns and Refunds
We hope that you are happy with your order, but if for any reason you are not happy we offer an exchange or refund within 7 days of delivery (excluding delivery charges) Please email us to arrange - email@example.com
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. Please ensure your parcel is well protected as we are not responsible for damages or loss that occur in the return shipping to us.
Any shipping costs to return the item is at the cost of the customer.
Sale & Slight Imperfection Items
Where goods are listed as ‘Sale’ or ‘Slight Imperfections’ our normal returns policy will not apply. We list products in our Imperfections category that have not passed our Quality Checks. These items are only refundable if they arrive broken. Please note that these items will have been substantially reduced from their regular retail price.
